Information and advice on booking, prices and payment.

Smoking is not permitted in any of the guest rooms, breakfast rooms, restaurants, in the hotel foyer or anywhere in the spa area.

Children's prices including half-board:

Based on sharing parents' room with min. 2 full-paying guests

• 1 child up to the age of 2 free of charge

• from 13 - 15 years of age € 55

(These prices do no apply to the Hochmoor and Fürsatz Apartments)

Your relaxing stay in Hotel Reppert including luxury extended half-board begins at 2 pm on the day of arrival and ends after breakfast at 12 noon on the day of departure. Please vacate your room by 11 am. A supplement of € 11,50 applies should you make use of any of the services included in the luxury extended half-board at lunchtime on your day of departure.

Kindly note that we cannot invoice guests for services that have not been used.

Holidays

With stays less than 5 nights are valid in Easter, 1st of May, Ascension Day, Pentecost, Corpus Christi and 1st of November the B - prices

Payment

We kindly ask you to settle your hotel bill in cash, using an EC Maestro debit card (CH and all EU countries), a credit card or by advance bank transfer in euros. Please note that payment for treatments and services in the spa area should be settled directly in the relevant department.

Cancellations

It is always a great pity when guests cancel or postpone their holiday or have to leave early. Please insure yourself against this eventuality. Cancellations can only be accepted in writing. We recommend that you take out insurance to cover costs should you have to cancel or cut short your holiday. An insurance form will be sent together with your booking confirmation.

We are happy to help with the formalities. We make every effort to re-let cancelled rooms. However, should we be unsuccessful, 70% of the half-board price will be invoiced. No charges apply to cancellations made at least 30 days before arrival, except in the case of stays over Christmas and New Year.

Pets

Upon prior request, well-trained small to medium-sized dogs are welcome. Charges of € 18 - € 21 per day apply. Please provide your own towels for drying and cleaning your dog. A charge of € 35 applies should extra cleaning be necessary at the end of your stay. Pets are not allowed in the spa area, the dining rooms and in the gardens.
Guests who bring their dog with them explicitly declare that they agree to cover the cost of any damage and that this charge can be directly invoiced to the pet owner. Kindly note that only a limited number of dogs can be accommodated.

General information

No refund can be made for services which have not been used. Any discounts apply to that specific offer only.

Konus Guest Card:

Free use of the public transport network for holidaymakers in the Black Forest. Your guest card, in conjunction with your personal ID card or passport, entitles you to 2nd class travel on all buses and public regional trains in the south of the Black Forest within a radius of over 100 km throughout the length of your stay.
