Our head chef Ricardo Pickert and his team are devoted to creating innovative cuisine. In keeping with the hotel philosophy, the dishes are aromatic and focus on using fresh, seasonal produce. Treat yourself to our delectable "Cuisine Vitale" - light, exquisite, Mediterranean and regional.

We also place a strong focus on the new, elegant cuisine from Germany's Baden region. As a member of the "Naturpark-Wirte", an alliance of Black Forest hoteliers and restaurateurs, we use a lot of regional produce from local farms, dairies and butchers.

It goes without saying that we boast a large selection of wines from the Baden region produced by local, award-winning winemakers. A choice of international fine wines completes the extensive wine list.
